Step 1: Consultation & Property Review
Every project starts with a conversation.
We’ll meet with you onsite to walk the property, discuss your goals, and get a better understanding of the work needed. Whether you’re planning a larger outdoor project or looking for seasonal services, we take the time to understand what matters most to you and your property.
Step 2: Planning & Estimate
Putting together a plan that fits your property and budget.
After reviewing the project, we’ll outline the recommended work, discuss options, and provide an estimate based on the scope, timeline, and materials involved.
Step 3: Scheduling & Preparation
Getting everything lined up before work begins.
Once the project is approved, and we receive the deposit. We will get you on the schedule. We’ll coordinate scheduling, materials, and site preparation to help keep the project running smoothly. We’ll also communicate any important updates along the way so you know what to expect.
Step 4: Installation & Service
Quality work with attention to detail.
Our crew focuses on dependable work, organized job sites, and treating your property with respect throughout the project. We take pride in doing the job right and keeping projects moving efficiently.
Step 5: Final Walkthrough
Reviewing the finished project together.
Before we finish the job, we’ll walk the property with you, review the completed work, and make sure everything meets expectations and is ready to enjoy.

We continue helping clients with maintenance, irrigation services, seasonal cleanups, and snow removal to keep properties looking their best throughout the year.
Seeded Lawn Process
A healthy, long-lasting lawn starts with proper preparation. Our proven seeding process gives your new lawn the best possible foundation for strong, even growth.
Step 1: Site Preparation
We carefully grade the area and prepare the soil to create the ideal seedbed for healthy germination.
Step 2: Seed Installation
We apply premium grass seed evenly across the prepared surface for consistent coverage.
Step 3: Protective Top Dressing
A thin layer of garden mulch is applied over the seed to help retain moisture, reduce erosion, and encourage successful germination.
Step 4: Complimentary Establishment Care
Every newly seeded lawn includes one month of complimentary maintenance to help your lawn establish successfully. During this period, we’ll provide:
- Overseeding as needed
- Fertilization to promote healthy growth
- Weed control to minimize competition
- Ongoing monitoring to ensure your lawn gets off to a strong start
